Dreams & Disruptions, Mandarin Edition — Now Available

The Center for Engaged Foresight, together with partners in the Futurists Circle, is proud to announce the release of the Mandarin Edition of the Dreams & Disruptions Game. This milestone expands access to one of the Global South’s most widely used foresight games for classrooms, communities, and policy labs. Built on years of practice with governments, corporates, universities, and civil society, the Mandarin Edition makes it easier for Mandarin-speaking facilitators and learners to imagine alternative futures, stress-test strategies, and surface transformative pathways—fully localized for language and cultural nuance while preserving the original mechanics and learning outcomes.

The Mandarin Edition has been play-tested with futurists and educators in Bangkok, Shanghai and refined through multiple cycles to ensure clarity, cultural resonance, and ease of use. It includes the core archetype cards, driver/disruption prompts, and facilitation guides in Mandarin, plus quick-start scenarios suited for 90-minute workshops and deeper 3-hour studio formats.
