Judelyn Cruz, APF

Judy is the Managing Director of the Center for Engaged Foresight. Judy is an expert in project management and development, HR sourcing and recruitment, trade, tourism, and investment promotions.

Judy is currently the Talent Acquisition Operations Senior Manager of Everise Philippines and was formerly the Philippines College Connect Manager at Sutherland Global Services, a leading global business process outsourcing company.

Prior to joining CEF, Judy was the Executive Director of the Ilocos Norte Investment Center (INVEST) of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte, Manager of the Ilocos Norte Trade Tourism Investment Center (INTTIC) and Manager of the Provincial Public Employment Services Officer (PESO) of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte.

She also served as a Special Assistant to the President for Administrative Affairs and Head of the PESO Office of Northwestern University. Judy is a graduate of Political Science and Law at Northwestern University and studied Investment and Trade at the Renmin University of China, Beijing.
