Shermon Cruz, Director and Chief Futurist at the Center for Engaged Foresight, is the lead facilitator of East-West Center and West Java Provincial Government Smart Strategic Visioning and Capacity Building Workshops on September 1-5 and September 8-12, 2019, at BPSDM West Java Province and Bandung City.
The project is specifically designed to provide local government leaders/decision-makers and their key staff with the necessary working knowledge and ability to use the future to innovate in the present, conceptualize and plan for technology solutions that connect government and citizens in urban and rural communities throughout West Java Province; deliver more efficient, open and inclusive public services; and improve government accountability and responsiveness to everyday citizen needs and expectations.
